Nour Abu Al Rub

My name is Nour Abu Alrub, and I am a psychology graduate from the University of Jordan. I have over 3 years of experience in education, counselling and ABA behaviour therapy.
I believe in creating a safe non-judgemental space for my clients, I am passionate about self empowerment, enhancing self awareness and achieving personal goals through mindfulness, grounding and well-being counselling sessions. My goal is to provide compassionate, client-centred care that fosters healing and personal transformation.
